Clarity Coaching is driven by your authentic necessity to take the step in front of you, even if you don’t know what it is yet. In this space, you may feel sadness, anger, fear, and joy (and mixtures of these), as taking your next step necessarily involves feeling and healing.

I hold space for individuals and two people in relationship. For individuals, the process is emotional healing and becoming more intimate with all of the parts of you, completing incomplete emotions, becoming clear on what you are feeling and what others are feeling. For two people, the process is about clear communication, clarifying what work is for each person in the relationship, what work can be done together, what are your feelings and what are the Other’s feelings. Doing these things brings Clarity, Authenticity, Connection, Possibility and brings you closer to putting into action what you came to Earth for.
